My Trip Back To Oregon From Europe

I left my hotel at about 6:00 a.m. The airport was about 2 minutes away. My family was in the airport for about 3 hours. My family had to walk for about 30 minutes. Finally we got to the gate. We were at the gate for about 2 minutes which made me worried. The line to board the plane was about 5 minutes long.

The plane ride was 10 hours long. The plane ride was all through the day so it felt like the whole day. Most of the flight was nap time so was trying to sneak open the window shade. I never got away with it. When the plane flew through Edmonton I was looking for the Oilers stadium. When the plane was about to land one of the male flight attendants came over the loud speaker and said, “People on the right of the cabin you have a beautiful view of the city. people on the left too bad.” That made me and my dad laugh.

When the plane landed the captain said, “We have some passengers that have tight lay-overs so if this is your final stop or you have a long lay-over please remain seated and the family sitting next to my mom was really rude. so that family got up and got their bags It took about seven minutes. The person behind that family said “Hurry- up I’m going to miss my flight” but the family took their time. When my family got off the plane, we made are way to our gate. We had a 4 hour lay-over. My dad and I took about 4 walks down the terminal. It was a good thing that there was a little store next to the gate. we got some chips and gum. I thoght this was funny. There was a twenty minute flight to Seattle. On the plane back to Portland, we got really high into the air fast.

    Dear Will,
You wrote such a beautiful descriptive paragraph about your flight home. I honestly felt like you painted such a great story with your words. A 10 hour plane ride is definitely a time for naps! Did you read on the plane?

    Happy trips to you,
    Mrs. Fordyce

    Dear Will,
You wrote a great post, I never knew that Europe could be ten hours away even when you are in an air plane. I think that it would be kind of sad for me to have a four hour lay-over but I guess you could spend more time with your family, I think that you chose a great word choice and I think that you explained your post very well. I think you chose a great picture. I think that it is kind of cool that you went up into the air really fast. I have always wanted to see Edmonton. Sometimes in the morning when we are on a vacation my sister, my brother and I can not wake up at 6:oo AM we are just to sleepy and we always think that vacations are supposed to be relaxing but they think that it is just a chance to see things that we never get to see in Oregon, but I hope you had fun on your trip to Europe. What did you do on the plan? What did you see in Europe?
    From a rancher,
    Bianca
